
When I do push up I only feel my right hand burning. So I recorded myself and realised there is a problem in my form. Can you suggest me a solution

The usual approach would be to regress a bit; go to knee/incline pushups and improve your form, and to then progress with the proper form again

That’s very much possible but just like you I could only assume at the moment - in that case it’s definitely valuable to film yourself and see if you’re going down more to one side than the other and try to adjust it
