
Hello my brother! I don’t have any posts around, and pulling up by gripping the narrow molding on my doorframe strains my hands. I looked around YouTube and see people using knotted bedsheets and a wide-arm grip on both sides of a door frame (that feels awkward). Dining room table - no. Could I use resistance bands, towels? Clamps, rings? Any ideas for alternatives? Have a wonderful day!

If you can get some rings, I highly recommend them! Make sure they’re tied to a secure place, and they’re one of the best training tools you can buy. I sell some on the website, but you can buy them from anyone you choose - especially if you live outside of the US.
