Adding an exercise to the hybrid routine#1828

Hello! I’m doing the standard hybrid routine since a couple of weeks and i like it a lot, but i often find i have the energies and time to add one more exercise.

I just have no clue about what would be an appropriate exercise for every day. So far i can do:

  • Full pushups, 3-4 set, between 10-15 reps

  • Full leg raises: 2 sets of 15

  • Table pullups (i’ll buy a couple of rings) : 2 sets of 15. Full pullups: i can do 2-3 reps.

  • Full squats: i can do a set of 60 so i’ll shortly start doing narrow squats.

  • Straight bridges: 2 sets of 15

  • Bent leg twists: i did 3 holds of 60 kinda from the start, but i’m a bit hypermobile which might be helping.

Soooo what should i add? I got the premium and lunges, dips and levers seem interesting, but i don’t know which day should i add them. Or should i add something different?

There are also some activites i can’t do regularly but i try to do them once a week: hiking/trail running in barefoot shoes, swimming and i’d like to resume gym bouldering which i tried in the past.

My main objectives other then the “classic” looking good are strenghtening my joints to compensate for my hypermobility/
