
So I discovered I was hypermobile by doing these twists. For a laugh, I tried the hardest progression and can sit quite comfortably with my hand holding my upper forearm through my leg with, no history of any prior excercise (30y/o, f). The limiting factor is there’s no physical space left for me to grab more of my arm.
Problem is, I’ve never felt a stretch anywhere. Is there anything I can do to feel some sort of stretch?
