Just a quick question about how to log “sets” for the twists. The only option I saw is for seconds held. But is that for each side or both sides combined?
Also, the tutorial mentions resting for 30 seconds before repeating each side. I assume there rest time is personal preference? By default it’s set to 2:30 of rest from other work outs.
Any help would be appreciated

Hey. This is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid.
For the time, think per side. So if you hold 20 seconds left and 20 seconds right, you’d log 20 seconds, not 40 combined.
And yeah, the rest time is pretty flexible. The 30 seconds in the tutorial is just a guideline. If you need more, take more. If you’re good with less, that’s fine too.
Btw you don’t have to match the 2:30 from other exercises either. Just rest enough so you can do the next side with good control 👍
