Hi , beginner here at level 0.. the first workout wall push ups .. 1 set of 30 reps.. by the 15th rep my hands were kinda giving up so I took a break of few seconds then continued my first set.. again a 30 seconds break then the second set.. I noticed for me the second set was even more difficult.. my arms and shoulders were burning and I noticed I was arching my back my form was also not ok… so I did 10 reps 10 sec rest and continued to finish the set. Knee raises were kinda ok as I did 10 for the first set easier version 30 secs rest and the harder version for set 2.. my questions is for the next workout the app shows level 2 progression of wall push up 1 set of 50 no way I can do that.. I would like to continue the same (2 sets of 30) atleast for a week the same progression level , how do I change it in the app ?

Yeah, don’t worry about the app trying to push you to 50 right now. You’re not there yet, and that’s fine.
What you did is actually exactly what you should be doing. You broke the set up, kept going, and finished it. The burning and form breaking down just means you hit your current limit so for now, stick with the 2 sets of 30 like you said. No need to rush up.
Focus on cleaner reps, less back arching, and needing fewer mini breaks over time. That’s your real progress and as for the app, if it doesn’t let you manually change it, just ignore the progression for now and run your own version. You don’t have to follow it blindly.
