
It doesn’t seem like I should move up to the next set progression if I’m doing the easier version of the movement. The app says to move up. What should I do. Stick with the same sets on easier until I can do the normal before I move up?

Yeah, if you’re still doing the easier version of the movement, I would um stick with that until you’re stronger with it before worrying too much about moving on just yet
Am does the app says when should I move on and level up the difficulty ???or not . And to remind you I don’t use the premium feature I’m using the free version
