
I’ve tried to start fitness many times but I keep stopping because of pain, knee, shoulder, lower back. I always assumed it was about strength or form.
Recently I came across the concept of mobility and stability, and the joint-by-joint approach. It made me think the real issue is that my joints aren’t ready before I start training.
Am I understanding this correctly? And as a beginner with recurring joint pain, should I be focusing on mobility and stability before anything else?
