I wanna hear one your guy’s opinion on this, After I’m done with the routine I wanna know if sticking to the same 6 exercises and just adding more reps to them in the most advance version of that is gonna make me more stronger and better in general or should I do the regular routine (6 exercises that you start with in the app) one week then do the bonus exercises like dips , lunges, clutch flags and so on the next week and what I mean by this is switching between the exercises every week to the original 6 to the bonus ones that are in the website? Also if the second option is better should I add more reps to the original 6 and the bonus ones or should I just do the sets and reps that it says on level 3 and just leave it like that because I know that overtraining is bad overall.

Hey, Chrys here. One of the trainers at Hybrid.
Stick with the same core 6 and push those up. That’s where most of your strength is gonna come from. Get really good at them, take them to harder variations, add reps over time, that’s your foundation. Switching exercises every week sounds cool but it usually just slows progress. You don’t stay with anything long enough to actually get strong at it. Consistency beats variety here.
The bonus stuff like dips, lunges, flags, treat that as extra, not a replacement. Sprinkle them in if you’ve got energy, but don’t rotate your whole routine around them.
As for reps, don’t just stay stuck at whatever level 3 says forever. Once it starts feeling easy, you either add reps, slow it down, or move to a harder variation. You’re always trying to make it slightly harder over time, not just repeating the same thing.
You won’t overtrain from this unless you’re going to failure every single set and never recovering. Just stay a rep or two shy most of the time and you’ll be good😎
