Grip exercise progression order#1763

I would recommend considering a re-order of the exercises in the Grip category. Currently, one-arm bar hangs are placed BEFORE double towel hangs. One-arm bar hangs are WAY more difficult to do than double towel hangs, and even rope-style hangs. So I would recommend moving one-arm bar hangs up from rank 5 to rank 7.
So essentially go from: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8
To: 1-2-3-4-6-7-5-8
