Exercises with resistance bands#176

I think it would be nice to see some routines put up that use your resistance bands. You sell them but I haven’t seen any routines that include them. Maybe I’m missing them and in that case maybe more?

I’d like to see band routines in app as well.

He may do that in the future but for now the primary focus is just bodyweight😊
