Hi I am 15 years old and I was just wondering what a good diet for building the most muscle possible is.

Keep it simple. Eat enough protein every day, think eggs, chicken, beef, fish, yogurt. Aim for a solid protein source in every meal. Then fill the rest with normal whole foods like rice, potatoes, fruits, veggies. Don’t skip carbs, they help you train harder and grow.
Eat consistently. If you’re not gaining strength or size, you probably just need to eat a bit more. No need for extreme bulking or anything. Drink water, sleep a lot, and don’t overcomplicate it. At your age, consistency beats any “perfect” diet.
