
Can i skip all the levels and just use resistance band? and when should i know that i’m ready without it

I mean if you really want to you can use a band, just don’t skip learning the movement. The band should help you practice the real pattern, not replace progression.
You’re ready to drop it when you can do clean reps without it, same form, no momentum, and still have a rep or two left in the tank.
