I’m a woman and I’m wondering if the squat forms look different with a different center of gravity. I feel like my weight balances very differently from the demonstrations.

Yeah, your balance can feel different. Women usually have a lower center of mass and different hip structure, so squats can feel more upright or just “different” than the demos.
As long as your feet stay planted, knees track with your toes, and you stay stable without pain, you’re good. It doesn’t have to look identical to the demo.
