I will be fasting for a month now and want some help with my routine#1746

Hello guys,
I have being doing my Hybrid Routine 2-3times a week now(has been a month)
But heavily focused on Incline pushups because i want to work on doing pushups as my arms are weak and i know about it, so i am slowly working on it.

I am fasting for about 13hrs(ramzan so no water,food etc) for a month during those hours.

I want some suggestion on what should i do here,do i take it slow and do only 1 excerise a day? i should focus on my pushup progression?
Should i be doing my routine during my fast? idk much because i didn’t do this last year.

Hey, Chrys here. One of the trainers at Hybrid.
Since you’re fasting, think maintenance and steady progress, not max effort month. Keep the routine 2 to 3x per week instead of shrinking it to one exercise a day. You still want balance so your joints stay happy and nothing lags behind your pushups.

You can bias incline pushups a bit, like one extra set, just don’t turn the whole workout into pushups or train to failure every set. Recovery and hydration are limited right now so leave a couple reps in the tank. Best timing is right after you break fast, or right before so you can eat and drink immediately after. Avoid hard sessions deep into the fasting window.

Thank you for the suggestion, will keep this “maintenance and steady progress” in mind while trying to find a proper window for my workout while fasting.
