
Hi, currently I’m following this routine:
Mon – IWT or Rest (IWT = Japanese walking training)
Tue – Push-ups, dips, leg raises & plank
Wed – IWT or Rest
Thu – Pull-ups, squats, lunges, calf raises & plank
Fri – IWT or Rest
Sat – Bridges, plank & twists
Sun – Full-body stretching & walking
My doubt:
While checking the HybridCalisthenics.com website, I came across the index exercises, and there are many exercises listed. My question is: how can I add those to my routine?
For example, you’ve included specific body-part exercises like pike push-ups for shoulders. How should I add such exercises while I’m already following Hybrid Routine 2.0?
Also, is my current routine legit, or do you have any tips or improvements for it?
