How can I do the normal routine with the bonus exercises like the dips and lunges because I wanna add those exercises to my routine but I don’t know how to. I was thinking of doing the full body routine Monday then on Tuesday I do it again but this time with the bonus exercises then rest of Wednesday same with the whole week but I don’t know if that’ll work or not.
Btw I do boxing for 6 days a week and rest on Sunday same with the routine so I am hoping that you guys tell me a routine that fit all this in.

You don’t want to run the full routine twice just to fit the bonus exercises in. That usually turns into too much volume and recovery starts slipping. The cleanest way to do it is to keep the normal routine as your base, then add one bonus exercise to the end of the session that matches what you trained that day. For example, add dips on a push-focused day and lunges on a lower-body day.
If you want a bit more structure, you can alternate weeks. One week you run the routine as written, the next week you keep the same routine but add dips and lunges at the end. That way you get the extra work without burning yourself out.
