When I signed up, I was asked what my goals are, ranging from loosing weight, build muscle, have fun, etc.
I only selected “Have Fun” at first, because I just wanted to learn to enjoy working out. Now I’m starting to have a little more fun with it, and so I wanted to adjust my goals to include weight loss, but I noticed there’s no option to change my goals anywhere.
So my question is: even if I was able to change this, would the daily exercises being presented to me actually change at all? Or would this make no difference whatsoever?

Hey, this is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid.
Good question. Right now, changing those goals wouldn’t actually change the daily exercises you’re given. The routine itself stays the same because it’s built around progressive strength and movement, not goal-specific splits. So it doesnt matter if you picked “have fun,” fat loss, or muscle building, the exercises don’t reshuffle based on that choice. Your goal selection is more about framing and future direction than altering the current program.
Fat loss, muscle gain, and enjoyment all come from the same foundation anyway: consistent training, progressive overload, and recovery. So even though you can’t change that setting yet, you’re not missing out or doing the “wrong” routine for weight loss. As you keep progressing, the intensity naturally goes up, and that’s what drives results anyhow
