You know how in the bottom it says how to make this exercise more harder or easier. Can you make a section where it actually shows you how to make it harder when you’re done the original exercise because for example I’ve finished the routine already and I wanna make the exercises harder but It’s kinda hard trying to figure out how to make the exercise harder because in the app it doesn’t show you anything or tell you how to do it, so I’m hoping that in the future you guys actually show how to do the easier or harder versions of the exercise.

Hey, this is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid.
That’s a really solid point. Once you finish the base routine, it shouldn’t feel like you’re on your own trying to guess how to progress. Having an actual section that shows harder and easier versions instead of just mentioning them would make a big difference, especially for people who want to keep building without switching programs.

Right now progression is done through things like tempo, pauses, range of motion, leverage, or adding load, but I agree it’s not obvious enough in the app so I’ll pass this feedback along to the team
