Purchased premium , no change? Why?#1728

I have had the free app since 2023, just purchased the premium at the offered discount. No change at all on the app. No new features or anything. Same same. What am I missing here? Please Advise…

Hey Steven, thanks for using the app so long! You stuck with it for a long time.

Sometimes you may need to restart the app to see changes. Premium features are always being added to, but offhand there’s access to all routines, custom routines, custom exercises, extra movement library exercises, no ads, custom rest timer, and maybe some other stuff I’m not thinking of at the moment. Plus, it helps support the development - the premium users make the free version possible.

That said, if it’s not for you, you may be able to ask Google or Apple and get your subscription downgraded. All good for us either way. Thanks again!

Thank you for getting back to me. I tried going through technical support but it always says “something has gone wrong . Content could not be loaded” with a reload button. I push reload, same message. I have tried this dozens of times. Also there is no custom rest timer to be found anywhere. The app is exactly the same as before. I will give it a day as I just purchased the upgrade. Maybe it just has not gone through yet? After tomorrows wirkout I will see if it changes contact y’all if needed. Thank you.
