I can only lower my self down but can’t push myself up in the advanced incline pushups and I have done all levels of incline pushups should I continue with the advanced incline pushups like that until I am able to do push myself up back

Hey. This is Chrys one of the trainers at Hybrid.
What you’re experiencing is normal. Being able to lower yourself but not push back up means you’ve got the eccentric strength but not the concentric yet. You can use that, but don’t make it your only work. Keep advanced incline pushups as controlled negatives for a few reps, then finish the set with a slightly easier incline where you can push back up cleanly. That way you’re building the missing strength instead of stalling. Over time the push will catch up and you’ll be able to complete the full reps.
