I feel that doing only two exercises per day is very little. I already usually go to the gym five days a week, with an average of 6–7 exercises per day.

Hey. This is Chrys one of the trainers at Hybrid.
That feeling is really common, especially if you’re coming from a traditional gym setup with a lot of exercises per session. The Hybrid routine is intentionally minimal. The goal isn’t to exhaust you with volume, it’s to make sure each movement is high quality, progressed over time, and recoverable. Two main exercises done well, close to your current limit, and repeated consistently will build strength just as effectively as longer sessions, often with less joint stress.
If you’re already used to higher volume, you can think of Hybrid as focused training instead of “busy” training. You’re not undertraining, you’re just training differently. Over time, as progressions get harder, those two exercises won’t feel small anymore.
