Drinking soft drink and cold water does it affect me from seeing improvement in my workout

Cold water probably won’t affect your progress negatively. Drinking soft drinks like soda usually comes with high sugar. This won’t necessarily affect your strength, muscle, and mobility progress, but it can make it a bit harder to lose weight if that’s what you’re trying to do. That said, it’s more about the balance of food/drink and activity (with food/drink being the more powerful lever) than having to avoid foods. If weight loss is your goal, replacing sodas with something with a bit less in calories and sugar can be an easy “win”!
