I was wondering if I could add partial rom push ups in my routine besides incline push ups. I use a yoga block to reduce the range of motion.

Yeah, that’s totally fine. Partial ROM pushups are a good add as long as you’re using them to keep clean tension and control, not to rush reps. Using a yoga block to limit depth can help you build strength in the range you can own right now. Just make sure you’re still moving with control and gradually lowering the block over time. You can keep incline pushups as your main work and use partial ROM pushups as supplemental work, especially if full range isn’t there yet.
