Yeah, you can modify wall bridges if your wrists are sensitive. The easiest fix is changing the hand position. Try placing your hands a little wider and slightly turned out so your wrists aren’t forced into a deep bend. You can also do them with your hands higher on the wall to reduce how much load goes through the wrists. Another option is doing bridge holds instead of reps, or switching temporarily to glute bridges or incline bridges until your wrists calm down. If any version causes pain, skip it for now. Wrist discomfort is something you work around, not through.
