On the pull up progressions I have reached 3 sets of 30 for the horizontal pulls ups so I progressed to the advanced horizontal pull ups but I can only do 1-2. Should I keep doing the horizontal pull ups or continue with the advanced horizontal pull ups until I can do 2 sets of 10?

Stick with the regular horizontal pull ups as your main work and don’t abandon them yet. Hitting 3x30 shows good endurance, but the jump to the advanced version is a big strength jump, so only getting 1 to 2 clean reps is normal. The best move is to keep building volume with the regular horizontal pulls, then add a few high quality reps of the advanced version each session, either at the start when you’re fresh or at the end. As those reps climb, you’ll naturally transition over without stalling.
