I’m not finished with all the progressions but when I can hit all the requirements for every exercises, would doing the most easiest exercises and working my self up again for the hardest progression then going back to the easiest progression again make me more stronger or would it make me weaker?

Going back to the easiest progression after you’ve already mastered the hardest one in that line isn’t going to make you stronger. It’s great for warmups, recovery, and checking form, but strength comes from keeping the movement challenging. If you want to keep progressing, you either make the exercise harder, add slow tempo, pauses, or reps, or load it. Cycling all the way back to the easiest version is fine for joint health, but it won’t build more strength unless the challenge stays high.
