Cant get middle back on the floor#1684

So i have the problem when i do any exercise on my back i could put an arm through the space of my middle back and the ground please help.

That gap you’re feeling under your mid or low back is just a natural arch in your spine, and for most people it’s normal. What matters is whether you can control it when you’re on the floor. When you’re doing core work, lightly brace your abs and try to flatten your lower back into the ground before you start the reps. If you can’t do that without strain, the exercise is probably a bit too hard right now, so you’ll want to lower the difficulty until you can keep that control.
