This is basically my body goal

Someone gave me this set of workouts 3x per week,
“do negative pullups to get to your first pullup. you need horizontal push/pull and vertical push/pull + ab work, all with progressive overload. so you might start with >horizontal rows (horizontal pull)
pushups/dips (horizontal push)
pullups (vertical pull)
pike pushups (vertical push)
hanging knee raises
decline situps
all for 4 sets of 6-12 reps. when you can do 4x12, either move on to the next part of the progression (regular pushups -> diamond pushups) or add weight with a vest/belt/backpack. train every other day or MWF if you want the whole weekend free.”
However I can’t really do any of them honestly. So I found your site and decided to have this routine 3x instead until i can progress enough
First week:
second week is progress to level 2. then 3rd 3rd week. then i’ll progress through another workout in the site.
I have a power tower and parallelts.
