I think the user means the ‘Got 60 seconds’ exercises that come as addition to the workouts. I really like this idea, but Inhave thensame issue, that sometimes I don’t know what the description means. Also it would be very cool to track these as well. Just hitting a button saying that I did it helps me staying motivated. Thanks for the work on the App, I like it.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. The “Got 60 seconds” add-ons are a cool idea, but if the description isn’t clear, it can feel more confusing than helpful, especially when you’re new. Having a quick explanation or demo and a simple way to check it off would go a long way for motivation and clarity. I’ll pass that along, because you’re definitely not the only one feeling this.
And for the Cossack squat, it’s basically a deep side-to-side squat. You shift your weight onto one leg, squat down on that side, and keep the other leg extended to the side. It’s mainly for hip mobility, inner thighs, and getting comfortable moving laterally. You don’t need to go super deep at first. Even a shallow version counts and still helps open up the hips.
