After some weeks, I’m able to do all three levels of Twists with ease.
The third one was very hard, but I got it after some attempts.
Now, what do I do?
Do I substitute this exercise by another one?

Hey. This is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid.
If all three Twist levels feel easy now, you’ve basically graduated that line. You can keep doing them as a warmup, but you don’t need them as a main exercise anymore. Shift to something a little tougher, like side plank rotations, slow oblique crunches, or standing twists with more range.
Nothing crazy, you’re just moving on to the next challenge. Nice work getting through all of them.
