Pull Ups to match the One Punch Man workout.#1649

?

if I did the one punch man workout, what pull ups can I do that consist of no equipment and only use the body. I would do push-ups, leg raises, squats, and running, what do you suggest for a pulling workout to match?

Hey! Chrys here one of the trainers at Hybrid.

Inverted pullups are a good precursor to traditional pullups. And likely a perfect inclusion in the OPM workout

Theres no way to work back and biceps in a pullup fashion without equipment. Youd need at least something youd be able to hang from
