I found myself in a predicament and have to change my email address. Needless to say, it been an exhausting process.
It appears I am unable to log in using a web browser, and I am unable to in the app. Here’s what’s happening:
I forgot my password and I’ve been trying to reset it. I’ll get the required code at my old email address, input that, put in my old email address, and lastly type in a new password, and then again to “confirm” it. The problem is, that on my phone screen, I am unable to get to a button to click to confirm the change of the password, so I’m unable to get into my stuff. It’s like there is no way to scroll down…does that make sense?
