I’m up to 13x3 incline bridges and thigh burn is the biggest inhibitor to progress. Are my thighs even supposed to burn though? I’m worried my form is bad.

Hey. This is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid.
A little thigh burn in incline bridges isn’t unusual, but it shouldn’t be the main thing stopping you. Bridges are meant to target your glutes and hamstrings primarily, with your lower back working as support. If your quads or hip flexors are burning more than your posterior chain, it usually means your form is off.
Make sure your heels are planted and you’re driving through them instead of your toes. Keep your knees at about a 90-degree angle at the top, not tucked too close to your body. As you lift, think about squeezing your glutes hard rather than just pushing your hips up. If your knees drift forward, your quads take over, which could be why you’re feeling it mostly in your thighs.
Lmk if this makes sense
