
I’m starting to workout with this app, so I need to go into all level 1s and very simple. Still, sometimes when I’m doing the scheduled warm ups, it tells me to do the exercise I’ll do later? I know these exercises must be a warm up to experienced people, but I struggle with them still. Can’t the warm up also level down with my current exercises?


Good evening. Chrys here, one of the trainers at Hybrid. Yeah you can have the warmup be leveled down as well. The goal is to workout at your own pace even if its the warmup. My recommendation is to break everything down into small manageable chunks
