Hello, so I have started to make a proper workout routine for myself not long ago, but I have noticed that my right hand hurts when ever I do any of the exercises, my wrist and other parts hurt while the left hand has no issues. I tried multiple ways of doing these and my arm still hurts. Is the cause of the pains something with what I’m doing or?
