if someone who is about average weight and new to excercise eats the recommended amount of protein(for gains) and does the Hybrid Routine 2.0 will they gain any muscle definition over time or is it not intense enough
I am currently following this because i hate doing 60 min workouts 3 times a week and like this split im asking if this is good or not
They absolutely will gain muscle from Hybrid! Give it 90 days!!
