How long our workouts should ideally be if exercising daily? 45 mins, 1 hr , 1.5 hrs or even more?..for better muscle adaptation benefits and to avoid overtraining?
I see some people workout for more than 2 hours a day and on the other hand some people advise to workout less with more intensity and focus on quality over quantity as less is more..
What is the optimal approach for daily training?

Good evening! If daily, id say 20 to 30 min bc of overall frequency weekly!
Thanks sir..If I practice martial arts 2-3 days , 3 days Hybrid routine and rest 1-2 days are for stretching and rest in a week,
then 1-1.5 hrs per workout session including warm up and cool down would be enough for me ? Need ur suggestion on this🙏🏻
