Rest between sets and diminishing returns#1500

This is two questions in one post really, for context I’m doing the hybrid plan available on the YouTube channel, 2 exercises a day.

1: How long should I rest between sets? (For example when doing the 3x50 wall push-ups)

2: Is it normal to have massively diminishing returns between sets? I can do my first set of 50 wall push-ups with some effort, but when I attempt the 2nd and 3rd sets I’m lucky if I get to 25 and feel like stopping at about 15.

Heya! Chrys here with Hybrid! 30 to 60 seconds is pretty smooth in regard to your first question.

For the second, yes its normal. What you want to do is mark down when you fatigue and try to beat that number next session!
