i cant do a single pushup yet not even a knee pushup. So i was thinking of working on muscles that pushup usually targets which are chest, shoulder and triceps if im not wrong. I dont have access to gym or weights but i do have resistance bands tho. So can yall suggest me exercises that targets these muscle group so that i can achieve my first push up
Try holding the pushup position with elbows bent and hold for time continuallu trying to beat your previous time. This is isometric training and will do wonders for your strength
