Pistol Squat Form Question#1475

I am wondering if it is “okay” to lift your heel while doing a pistol squat. When I try to keep the heel planted on the ground, I lose balance… Is it still correct form to lift your heel?

Yes it sure is! While doing this, make sure to work on ankle mobility so you can ultimately not need to use elevation for your heels
