I can only do 3/4 squats before i get knee pain. I saw a progress routine here for lunges but i cant find it now. Could you please tell me how to find the lunges progression or is there a progression for wall sits that i could use?
Heya! So I shared the link for you here for the Hybrid program! https://www.hybridcalisthenics.com/programs
For progression heres what id do. Begin with static step or reverse lunges to build a strong foundation. Focus on perfecting your form by keeping your front knee aligned with your ankle and your torso upright. Once you’re comfortable, progress to walking step lunges or continuous reverse lunges, which add a dynamic element and challenge your balance and coordination. Next, introduce light weights like dumbbells or a barbell to increase the intensity, always maintaining good posture and stability throughout the movement. To further elevate the difficulty, perform the lunges from a small elevated surface, enhancing your range of motion and targeting the muscles more deeply for improved strength and flexibility.
Hope this helps!
Yeah, thanks for that but I’m already following the routine in the app. I saw on the help topics a while ago a link to a lunge routine with Hampton, but I can’t find it now
That’s what I was looking for to put in place of squats. Alternatively, could you post me a link, please, to show the type of lunges you are suggesting?

I looked also and am unable to find it. It may have been removed.
This is exactly what I was referring to though!
