In essence it comes down to working with calisthenics for any sort of calisthenics related goals that you have in mind, and to then complement that with weightlifting exercises - the key point is not just doing the same things but once with cali and once with the gym; so there’d not be much of a point doing both pullups and lat pulldowns in the same session, over barbell overhead presses and handstand pushups etc!
