I just started on level 1 in the app yesterday and did Pushups and Leg Raises…on a Tuesday. Now I feel like I am out of sync with the rest of the Hybrid Calisthenics world. 😅 I would make a suggestion that the app workouts always sync up with the right day of the week rather than starting with day 1 always being the same workout regardless of day of the week. Also, is there any way to get synced up with the regular workout pattern now that I’m already started? (It’s a wonderful program and an amazing vibe, I’m so thankful I found it even if I am out of sync!)
Heya! So as of now it doesnt snyc up with the right day of the week but its all good because as long as we are staying on it, it doesnt matter. Im unsure if Hampton will be switching that as youd suggested though!
