Warm-up suggestion#1339

Hi! I kindly suggest putting some hints for warming up in the app. I’m a rookie (at calisthenics and the app) and didn’t know if I should start directly with the two exercises recommended until I got here, where there are some suggestions. But it would be great if those were in the app.

Hello! Im Chrys, one of the trainers with Hybrid. Great query and of course! One of the aspects of the app we are working on currently. We also have a warm ups section on our Hybrid website you can use for now!

I have a question do I always have to do warm up and cool down I mean if the day is just the twists and bridges can I do them without doing warm up and cool down?? Thanks

Technically you dont have to warmup and cooldown for any workout buts its recommended as a warmed up muscle performs optimally and you are less likely to be injured warming up vs not. Also for cool downs, same deal regarding injury
