Routine adjustments#1216

You suggest alot of ways to customize and adjust the routine through different excersises and progressions
Would there be any idea in increasing the intensity by instead of adding new excersises, you instead adjust the routine from a three day roll done twice a week, to a two day roll done thrice a week, and which excersises would you pair up if that was the case?

You can always add weights or add isometric holds for added tension instead of our setup. The exercises paired would need to be synergistic so it would depend on what you’d be doing that day. Probably best to keep all the pushes, pulls, and legs on the same day if you are looking to modify in this fashion
