how much water should i be drinking per day?…simple question
ps: i dont think this is a routine question….but could be a routine part imo.
at least 30-35ml of water / kg of bodyweight a day; the more active you are, the more you sweat, the hotter it is, the more you’ll need!
Generally your thirst is a good enough indicator to make sure you’re doing alright in that regard :) but you can also ofc measure it, look at the colour of your pee, or look at the frequency of your bathroom trips; generally it’s normal to go pee every ~2 hours
