I know that I can find information on the nutrients and calories I should eat, but where can I find specific recipes? I don’t have a lot of time on my day so I need to find recipes that are easy and fast to make. My only problem is whenever I find one, it’s not actually fast to make, or it doesn’t taste good. Any suggestions?
There are websites such as this https://www.eatthismuch.com/ to help you get a bit of a general idea of things to go for, but otherwise I’m afraid I also can’t help much!
There are many content creators that focus on exactly those sorta meals though, so I’m sure you can find things related to it on youtube/tiktok/instagram - maybe @Chrys Johnson knows some! (I can’t think of any)
I’d personally just think of what you like to eat and what fits your goals, and craft simple things based on that, that way you have much more control over how long it takes and what it tastes like - and that at least to me feels much less tedious than looking up and following specific recipes
Maybe in case anybody else sees this and wants to make some suggestions; what sorta food do you like, and what do you consider fast to make? :)
