Hello, I’d like to know if this routine is suitable for me. My objective is to build muscle mass. I’m not slim or overweight, but somewhere in the middle. I’m not sure about my fitness level, but I’ve done some workouts before. Another question should I start with strength program to build up strength then change to the hypotrophy porgram. Thanks in advance :)

The hybrid routine is definitely not focused on producing as much muscle mass as possible, but it will still help you build some - especially paired with the right diet :) <- which you can read more about here: https://support.hybridcalisthenics.com/1130
