Is the hybrid routine enough#1201

?

Hi I’m a 17 year old and I’ve been doing this routine for a bit. I want to lose a little weight and get stronger. I’m not fat but I have a bit of a stomach and my thighs are a little big. I’ve been doing this routine for a bit but it doesn’t feel like it helps or is enough. I started with this routine because I don’t feel comfortable going to the gym to lift weights and I’ve been told doing the gym takes like 2 hours minimum and I don’t have time for that with school and everything. Is this routine enough for my goals? I just want to try anything that actually works and doesn’t take a super long time because after school I’m pretty tired. What else do I have to do to try to progress in my goals faster. I want to be fitter and more comfortable by august for my last year of school.

Good question. First, the gym doesnt take 2 hours minimum. I workout at the gym 4x/week and my lifts run roughly an hour and 15 min. An hour and 30 if im talking to people or scrolling my phone too much. I also train clients for a living and we can have a solid session for 45 minutes that hit everything that needed to be hit.

As for hybrid, its a great workout routine. Especially when combined with a caloric deficit and cardio
